High Definition Laser Scanning
Workstream’s high definition laser scanning service enables collection of complete survey data within tight timeframes, typically under a week – even for relatively complex sites. In fact, this service is proven to reduce on-site and drawing times by as much as 75%. Moreover, using your Internet connection, you can visualise and familiarise yourself with sites surveyed by Workstream’s service without leaving your desk, saving time, money and site disruptions. Deliverables include the scan survey itself (with or without drawings) plus 3D models that can be viewed using basic software; an optional fully interactive, 3D picture quality module that can be accessed online; and an optional AutoCAD plug-in that produces accurate 2D or 3D drawings with maximised detail.
Deliverables comprise reports that include descriptions, photographs and drawings of all established control points, with a 2D site map of the control points and values. These are available in hard copy, digital format or both. You can access all project files at any time using your own secure folders on Workstream’s Engineering Web server.
