Utility/Underground Surveys
Any construction activity will almost certainly require an underground survey to avoid the health and safety risks and financial overhead associated with damage to existing utilities. Workstream’s engineering teams carry out such surveys with minimal disruption, using CAT scanners, infra red cameras, ground penetrating radar (GPR) or radio detection equipment to locate, position and trace all underground services where appropriate. We flag up the positions of all underground services on site with markers and depths, and then plot them on to existing drawings.
Deliverables include drawings and reports in hard copy, digital format or both. You can access all project files at any time using your own secure folders on Workstream’s Engineering Web server.
